In the kitchen..
200g chicken 150g potato and its under 400kcal! Throw this in the oven for 30min at 225 celcius and your cutting meal is ready :) add some salad to keep the stomach full if needed, now brb gotta put it in!
...now i want a chicken sandwich with french fries ^^
